純化水系統(tǒng)Purified water system

純化水系統(tǒng)作為GMP認(rèn)證的關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)，在整個(gè)認(rèn)證過(guò)程中有著舉足輕重的意義。二級(jí)反滲透、一級(jí)反滲透+EDI、二級(jí)反滲透+EDI的核心工藝已廣泛用于藥廠的純化水制取。

純化水設(shè)備：預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)（包括多介質(zhì)過(guò)濾器、過(guò)濾器和軟化器）、純化水的制水系統(tǒng)：二級(jí)反滲透、一級(jí)反滲透+EDI、二級(jí)反滲透+EDI系統(tǒng)）、純化水分配系統(tǒng)、巴氏消毒和CIP消毒系統(tǒng)及控制系統(tǒng)（全自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)）組成。

設(shè)備采用PLC控制，觸摸屏顯示設(shè)備工藝流程、電導(dǎo)率、PH值、液位、流量流速，同時(shí)可以在觸摸屏上實(shí)現(xiàn)手動(dòng)和全自動(dòng)操作。

在整套系統(tǒng)中一級(jí)、二級(jí)反滲透和EDI產(chǎn)水后設(shè)有不合格回流裝置，當(dāng)產(chǎn)水電導(dǎo)率符合設(shè)定值時(shí)產(chǎn)水進(jìn)入下一道處理程序，不符合設(shè)定值時(shí)產(chǎn)水返回至前一道處理程序重新進(jìn)行處理。當(dāng)純水箱滿時(shí)設(shè)備會(huì)全自動(dòng)進(jìn)入小循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，確保產(chǎn)水運(yùn)行無(wú)死角。

全套系統(tǒng)具有高、低壓警報(bào)、水箱缺水警報(bào)、故障警報(bào)、壓縮空氣低警報(bào)、電導(dǎo)率不符合要求警報(bào)功能。三級(jí)控制系統(tǒng)、對(duì)產(chǎn)水電導(dǎo)率有儲(chǔ)存功能并有USB打印機(jī)接口，從而實(shí)施全自動(dòng)控制和操作。實(shí)現(xiàn)原水泵輸送泵變頻控制。還配有無(wú)紙記錄儀、即時(shí)打印。
